AirPuriX industrial grade air purification systems are designed for professional, commercial and medical applications. 

They are far different and much more costly to produce than simple fan-filter floor units intended for home use because they have the following Level 3 air purification capabilities:​

• Level 3 Air Purification  AirPuriX products utilize Ultraviolet Germicidal Irradiation (UVGI) to inactivate up to 99.9% of harmful bacteria, and viruses, integrated with titanium dioxide Photocatalytic Oxidation  (PCO) to treat odors, fumes, Volatile Organic Compounds (VOCs) such as gases, formaldehyde, and benzene plus    MERV filtration to trap animal dander, dust particles and allergens.

• This is a far more complex system than a simple residential filter assembly, with far greater capability for air purification.

• Mounting  AirPuriX products are mounted mid to ceiling level because the aerosol pathogens can float in these upper spaces for hours while typical residential floor situated filters only catch pathogens no longer floating at breathing level so are no longer dangerous. 

• Noise  HEPA filters can be effective and are widely used but, to be useful in commercial and professional settings, they need large fans and filters. This makes them bulky and occupy valuable space. They can also be noisy and do not neutralize pathogens, they simply trap them.

        AirPuriX products are unobtrusive, run quietly and neutralize pathogens.

• Biohazard Filters full of pathogens in HEPA based units must periodically be manually removed and disposed of. AirPuriX UV-C generators must also be periodically replaced, but do not contain harmful pathogens and with our patented solution this is a simple process and the generators are never actually touched or exposed during the replacement process.
